About Me

I’m an Assistant Professor in Public and Political Communication at ENAP, the National School of Public Administration (Québec, Canada). I am based in Québec City. ENAP is the only French-speaking university specializing in public administration in North America. The university offers graduate and postgraduate programs.

My research interests include political and governmental communication as well as the professionalization of digital campaigns. I am also interested in Quebec municipal politics.

I am the author of several chapters, research reports and scientific articles that have been published — in French or in English — in the Canadian Journal of Political Science, Internet Policy Review, Politique & Sociétés, and in the Catalan Journal of Communication & Cultural Studies (among others).

I am a member of the Editorial board of the Canadian Journal of Political Science as Book Review Editor (French section). I am also a researcher at GRCP, the Political Communication Research Group (based at Université Laval).

I had professional experiences in applied political communication which today benefit my analyzes and my research. I was political advisor to the members of the Official Opposition at Québec City Hall (2014-2017) then media analyst at the Ministry of the Executive Council of Quebec (2017-2019).

I am regularly invited to speak in the media on subjects related to my fields of expertise.
